Another sad day in our home

In Memory of my little ‘granddaughter’ Timber
Feb. 20, 1994-April 11, 2006
Timber was one of two females born to my mother cat, Spooky. We considered Spooky to be our ‘daughter’. Timber lived with us, as her guardians, for 12 years and had to be put to sleep due to an illness; she will be missed deeply.

She was not as affectionate as her mother or brother, Malcolm, in the early years. After her mother was put to sleep due to cancer, she became a little buddy to me. She finally would sit on the couch next to me and place her paws on my lap. She started sleeping under the covers next to me and other times would lay across my feet and if I moved them she would play with my toes. She enjoyed picking on her brother and there were a few times she would hide and then jump on his head as he sauntered past her hiding place. She loved her tuna and would wait until I got on the computer to sit on the kitchen rug to let me know it was time to eat.

Timber...we love you and hold you in our hearts forever and ever.
Spooky
Oct. 1993-Sept. 2001
Spooky was a little abandoned cat when I first found her. We took her in and she brought so much light to our lives. She had a habit of gently tapping your arm or knee when she wanted your attention; it was so adorable. She was sweet and gentle and funny. Spooky, you are loved and missed so very much.

Good-bye Tom DeLay

You are out of here, DeLay! Too bad you hung around so long. Your time has past and I hope you get some jail time for all the despicable things you pulled. Another neo-con down the drain...YEAH!!!
