I am writing this short note today to get as many people as possible to learn something about a very important and needed web site called DonorsChoose.org, a non-profit organization that helps bring teachers and donors together in order to help fund student projects.
It is so important that schools get the materials they need; so many times teachers have to do things out of their own pocket and this will help students get supplies and other items they really need. You will find out all the information on their web site. You can choose what you wish to donate for. This is a very worthy cause so please check it out.
Their goal is to raise $25,000 for schools around the United States, of which many are in New Orleans.
